Healthcare Support Worker - Dermatology

Job summary

A exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time, Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker to work within the Dermatology departments within UHD. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

The purpose of the role is to assist the clinical team in the service anddelivery of the Dermatology Service of the local population. This will also include supporting the role out of a new pilot study about using photography to diagnose skin cancer.To work as an effective member of the team under the supervision anddirection of a registered health care professional.To undertake all duties listed however these duties will vary fromspeciality to speciality in some cases this could include working withchildren and young people right through to older people. No duties shouldbe undertaken unless appropriate training or induction has taken place inaccordance with trust policies.
