Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Trauma Theatres as a band 6 Clinical Leader. This position is for Poole Hospital site - but cross site working at Bournemouth Hospital can/may be expected.
You will lead a united team forward, setting standards and promoting as well as providing the best level of care possible. This role will require you to work cross site, to manage and support the team and coordinate the department as needed when the transformation between Trauma and Elective services happens in 2026.
You will report directly to the senior clinical lead and deputise in their absence, setting excellent standards within the theatre setting and acting as a role model to the wider multi-disciplinary team.
