Urogynaecology Clinical Fellow

Job summary

The post is ideal for a senior trainee or post-CCT individual who wishes to expand their training in or increase their exposure to urogynaecology procedures. The post holder will work as a member of our team comprising of 4 consultants (1 sub-specialty trained) and 2 senior specialist nurses.

  • MB BS/MBChB or equivalent
  • MRCOG part 1

Experience

  • Broad spectrum of obstetrics and gynaecology experience with minimum 12 months NHS experience

Desirable

  • Urogynaecology experience ST3-ST5 or above

Knowledge

Essential

  • Compliant with RCOG ePortfolio or equivalent
  • Ability to undertake procedures in a supervised environment
  • Ability to manage own time and continuing professional development

Desirable

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate prizes or honours

Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Completion of multi source feedback
