An exciting opportunity for a Band 6 post within the front door admissions unit for the Older Persons Services!

Successful applicants will be required to support the co-ordination of this busy, 50 bedded admissions unit, while providing leadership to the junior work force in union with the band 7 leadership team.

Our aim is for the Older Persons Services to be a centre of excellence and current initiatives include working towards our dignity pledge, Compassionate Care projects and developing our newly established frailty pathway. There is on-going investment to ensure our staff have the right skills, values and expertise to provide high quality specialist care for older people.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, happy and professional individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to the team's vision. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership qualities and for an individual who is passionate about strengthening an existing team.
