This role sits within Therapies Services as the Therapy Lead (Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy) for In-patient teams based at UHD Therapies team across Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals.
In this role you will join a dynamic leadership team with a strong team work ethic. You will be provided with leadership, project and quality improvement development opportunities as well as maintaining a clinical component within your role.
This role will offer you the chance to work within the wider Dorset system and beyond across the South west region.
Base Location: Poole Hospital & Bournemouth Hospital

Main duties of the job
- Provision of operational leadership to clinical teams working in in-patient settings within UHD.
- This will include operational planning and support for teams, workforce and recruitment, performance, Quality and governance functions.
