Ward 14 have an exciting new opportunity for a Band 5.

Our aim is for our to be a centre of excellence and current initiatives include working towards our dignity pledge, Compassionate Care projects and developing our newly established frailty pathway. There is on-going investment to ensure our staff have the right skills, values and expertise to provide high quality specialist care for older people.

Ward 14 is a mixed sex general medical ward with a focus on diabetes and endocrine and deals with complex and acute medical conditions. We adopt a rehabilitation approach working closely with our therapy teams which helps to promote and maintain mobility and independence for our patients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Band 5 post. We are looking for a enthusiastic, happy, professional individual who takes pride in their work, committed to the teams vision with strong leadership qualities, a strong understanding of Trust Values and passionate about strengthening an existing team.

This role requires NMC Registration

Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital

  • IT skills
