Part or full time on bank , ad-hoc hours, for shifts between 08.00-18.00 to cover a 7 day week service.

Main duties of the job
The Transport Booking Team provide an essential service to staff requesting transport for patients being discharged or transferred from hospital. There is a vacancy for a bank transport booking administrator within this vibrant, fast paced environment. The postholder will contribute to the general daily activities of the team. The service operates 7 days a week 08.00-18.00 and the team work flexibly to support the service.
To succeed in this role you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of healthcare, especially discharge planning, an ability to problem solve, a positive outlook, an ability to multitask in a busy environment and a attention to detail. A background of caring in a ward/ caring setting is essential.
