Job summary

To provide a comprehensive range of general HR administrative support to the Medical Staffing team and medical & dental staff employed within the trust.

The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent administration and customer service skills and have the ability to work independently and within a team, using discretion and judgement where appropriate. The post holder will act as a first point of contact for the TIU Staffing Team.

The post holder will be required to work on their own initiative, demonstrate a willingness to help others and be a key member of the team.

Base Location: Poole

Interview Date: TBC

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for keeping a clear accurate electronic diary of patients due into TIU each day. Answer the telephone and take bookings and messages for nursing staff in a friendly professional manner. Make bookings that are received via email or post.
