Job summary

Do you want to be part of an established and dynamic team? Do you have a passion for patient safety and experience. Lilliput Ward at University Hospitals Dorset are pleased to announce the opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Band 3 Discharge co-ordinator to come on board. As the successful post holder you will be expected to work closely with the nursing staff and wider MDT to facilitate the safe and effective discharge of our older patients. You will gain experience in managing complex discharges, safeguarding, dealing with challenging situations and communicating with outside agencies. The post comes with full on the job training with an induction to the hospital and the role included.
