Job summary

University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Validation Coordinator to join our Endoscopy Team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our two Endoscopy Units located across Bournemouth and Poole Hospitals.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting performance reporting and validation activities to enhance the quality and efficiency of our healthcare services.

Base Location: Bournemouth

Main duties of the job

Performance Reporting: In this role, you will support the meticulous collection and learning in-depth analysis of data related to endoscopy procedures. This will encompass tracking key performance indicators, patient outcomes, and other critical metrics.

Clinical Performance Reporting: The position involves supporting the diligent tracking and reporting of clinical outcomes associated with endoscopy procedures.

Utilisation Management: Supporting the utilisation of clinic facilities within our Endoscopy Units . You will be support the Scheduling lead and the team ensure the utilisation of the department is over 95%.

JAG Admin Leadership: As part of this role, you will work with the team to oversee and guarantee compliance with the Joint Advisory Group on GI Endoscopy (JAG) standards. This includes upholding all administrative requirements to meet these high industry benchmarks.

Validation Management: Rigorous validation and maintenance of data, reports, and records pertaining to endoscopy procedures are essential. The role demands impeccable attention to detail to ensure that all information is current and precise.
