Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the community paediatric department. This role provides a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to two consultant paediatricians. The successful applicant will have previous personal assistant experience, good organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised. You will need to be an excellent communicator working within an established team, but equally work well using your own initiative.
Based Location: Poole Hospital
Interview Date: 16th October 2023
This is a full time role and after a qualifying period, the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week would be considered.

- Vocational level 3 qualification in related field or equivalent knowledge of administrative processes
- GCSE English language (minimum grade C) or equivalent
