Job summary

University Hospitals Dorset is looking for a suitably qualified, hardworking and reliable person to join the catering team as a Quality Manager following the recent Hospital Food Review; to support the Senior Leadership team in safe, efficient, effective & smooth running of their department.

As a member of the catering management team you will be responsible for ensuring high quality, efficient and effective practices are adhered to for our staff, visitors and patients, operating in compliance with both corporate and local policies and procedures.

Candidates will possess a can do attitude and be able to motivate and inspire other staff. They should hold or be working towards an Advanced Food Hygiene/Safety qualification and a minimum of an NVQ 3 Supervision qualification, plus a recognised QA qualification and experience and be willing to support the management team as and when possible.

Working mainly Mon- Fri but some weekends and Bank Holiday's will be required.

Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospitaland Poole Hospital - cross site working will be required
