Invoicing Assistant - Temporary Workforce

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time invoicing assistant to join our Temporary Staffing Team with the aim to deliver an excellent, efficient and accurate service.

The role will involve processing of invoices in a timely manner against authorised agency shifts.The role will require accuracy and precision, including tasks such as:

  • Data entry
  • Responding to information requests
  • Identifying discrepancies and escalating
  • Meeting agreed key performance matrix
  • Supporting audit and other general invoice queries.

Previous experience in a similar role and a good understanding of the invoicing process is expected. You must be a confident communicator and build strong working relationships with the team, service users and suppliers.

This is a part time role (16 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday) being offered on a fixed term or secondment basis.

Base Location: Bournemouth Hospital
