Job summary
The purpose of this role is to provide expert advice, guidance and solutions to enhance the use of the Trust's electronic workforce systems - Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and eRostering to meet the requirements of the Trust, managers, clinicians and users.
Primarily responsible for actively managing and resolving workforce systems related issues, and actively maintaining and supporting individual end users in line with the Trust policy and procedure and service need.
The holder of this post is required to provide leadership, guidance and support in the use of the Trust's workforce systems while ensuring adherence to Trust policy and procedure. The successful applicant will be the expert point of contact for the Trust, providing high level customer service, support and guidance of a highly technical nature
If we are unable to successfully offer a candidate at band 5 position then a development role from band 4 to 5 will be considered.
Base Location: Yeomans House, Yeomans Way

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be focussing on ensuring that ESR and eRostering are appropriately implemented across the Trust and providing first line support and advice to both Managers and Trust staff on the on-going, administration and maintenance of ESR and eRostering. This support will include playing a vital role in the on-going maintenance including auditing data integrity and data quality assurance for ongoing use by the Trust Workforce Systems team.
The post holder will undertake such duties as maybe required to ensure that the appropriate electronic workforce systems are fully incorporated within departments.
