Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Outpatient administration team at Wimborne Community Hospital.
This is a part time post of 19 hours per week, this will be for a fixed term of up to 12 months, covering long term sickness.
You will need to be able to work flexibly to suit the needs of the department.
This is a fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application

Main duties of the job
To work cooperatively as part of a team in delivering a comprehensive and efficient within the medical records and outpatient service, to include making and changing patient appointments, preparing and outcoming clinics.
To act as the first point of contact, on the telephone or face to face, for patients, visitors and other healthcare professionals.
The post will require good clerical, communication and organisational skills.
