Job summary

We are looking for an adaptable individual to join our Strategy, Transformation and Improvement Team as a key member of our Insight and Impact Evaluation team.

This role will provide structured analysis to inform programme decisions. Defining the requirements to meet business changes. supporting the identification of transformation and improvement opportunities and appraising options, risks benefits, impacts and costs.

The successful candidate will need to embrace a dynamic and flexible approach, as our change programmes evolve maintaining a clear focus on the intended benefits, providing insight and identifying opportunities to ensure that programme delivery is aligned to the realisation of the intended impact.

This requires the adoption a complexity aware approach, providing structured analysis to inform programme decisions, capturing learning and using data, information and insight to measure success, inform course correction decisions and ensure delivery of the required programme outcomes and impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the ability to blend project management, business and data analytical skills with fresh ideas, think critically, and explore innovative ways to evaluate the impact of our change programmes.

Main duties of the job

The key responsibilities for the postholder will be to:o Support process mapping, conducting analysis and providing actionable insights that support decision making and strategic planningo Define outcome and benefits metrics, quantifying, modelling and tracking the expected impact trajectoryo Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and outcomes of change programmes INT interventions and improve population health.o Translate data into actionable insights for a range of stakeholders, including clinical and operational leaders, commissioners, community partners and the public.o Develop and maintain dashboards and performance indicators to monitor programme progress against key metrics.o Collect, analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, needs, inequalities, and areas for improvement.o Provide knowledge management, evidence gathering, case and horizon scanning expertise to support evidence-based opportunity scoping, case for change and solution development.o Support the planning and implementation of change by identifying best practice, learning from implementation, and sharing lessons across the system.o Promote a culture of evidence-informed practice and support teams in data literacy, evaluation design, and outcome measurement.
