We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and innovative individual with a passion for people and a proven track record of delivering high-paced, customer-focused resourcing solutions. You will enjoy thinking creatively and delivering imaginative recruitment approaches.

Strong networking and engagement skills are essential, as you will work closely with services to influence and improve recruitment approaches that support excellent patient care.

Work collaboratively with Trust colleagues to plan Trust representation at any recruitment events.

Work collaboratively as part of the HR team, supporting the recruitment team, working alongside them when required.

To ensure adherence to all statutory and legislative requirements and promote best practice in all aspects of recruitment and selection.

Develop up to date, expert knowledge on inclusive and innovative resourcing strategies.

The post-holder will champion the Trust's Values and an inclusive consistent recruitment culture, empowering people to think differently and with long term talent acquisition in mind.

Applications from candidates that require visa sponsorship to work in the UK are unfortunately ineligible to apply for this position.
