Estates and Facilities Business Support Apprentice

We have a full time Business Administration apprentice vacancy within our Estates and Facilities Division - Property and Contracts Management Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive team player looking to expand on their administrative skills as part of this small friendly team. You will be dealing with purchase through to pay and other business functions and will be working on our lively Service Desk, using various IT systems to manage your workload.

You will gain experience of a range of areas including estates maintenance, statutory compliance requirements for Health Service buildings as well as the opportunity to improve your skills in tools such as Excel. Customer Service is key to this role and you will bring with you a can-do attitude mixed with the ability to deliver to agreed timescales.

The successful candidate will receive training and work towards formal qualifications whilst developing professional skills to provide a support service to the team.

Main duties of the job

To work predominately in our Estates & Facilities office in Wareham, Dorset with the option for hybrid working. The Property and Contracts Management Team provides support to our Estates Trades who work across Dorset, our clinical teams and our Divisional Management Team. There is a wide range of work and no two days will be the same!
