You will be responsible for booking patients on arrival and updating health records using electronic systems. Duties include filing patient data, arranging appointments, processing referrals for patient pathways, emailing, and supporting discharge letter production and distribution.

The team also maintains local standard operating procedures, manages purchasing, collects data, and carries out general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department, while upholding strict confidentiality at all times.

Professionally liaise with patients, external organisations, services, and internal departments within the Trust.

Collaborate effectively as a team member, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Maintain clear and professional communication with all contacts.

Applications from candidates that require current Skilled worker sponsorship to work in the UK are unfortunately ineligible to apply for this position.
