Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our friendly Outpatient administration team at Blandford Hospital.
This will be a flexible role to include reconciling monies, banking, dealing with ordering stock/supplies and helping out in other areas of the team as required.
This is a part time role of 30 hours per week. The post holder will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
Main duties of the job
Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality while ensuring that responses to deadlines are met and delivering clear and accurate information.
To accurately maintain records including computerised systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
To undertake reconciliation of income and petty cash reimbursements in accordance with Trust Policies.
To order stationery and clinical supplies when required, using own initiative and awareness of budgetary constraints.
To check invoices and create purchase orders as required.
To undertake any other duties as advised by the team leads.
To deal with confidential, contentious, and urgent materialproactively in a sensitive and appropriate manner, exercising analytical skills and sound judgement.
To work as part of an efficient and professional administrativeteam.
