Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the Dorset Pain Management Service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to deal with patients both face to face and via the telephone.
The Dorset Pain Management Service is a vibrant service, consisting of an inter-professional team working pan-Dorset. We offer individual interventions and group programmes in various locations county wide; these are delivered by two teams across the county. The staff mix includes pain consultants, psychologists, specialist physiotherapists, pain and mental health nurses and occupational therapists, therapy assistants, trainees from various departments and our hardworking admin support team.

Main duties of the job
To build key relationships with Administrative staff, clinical staff and others from public organisations such as GP practices, and members of the public.
To maintain accurate records of patients personal data via SystmOne.
To attend any administrative meetings or service meetings as required.
To use Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
