Job summary
Dorset is entering the first year of an ambitious two-year transformation programme to build and embed Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) as a catalyst for system-wide change and more localised, joined-up care.
The development of INTs is a complex and evolving process. This requires a flexible, learning-led approach that blends delivery oversight with adaptive problem-solving, collaboration and a strong focus on impact.
This is an internal opportunity open to colleagues employed by - Dorset HealthCare, Dorset County Hospital, University Hospitals Dorset, Dorset Primary Care, Dorset County Council, Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole County Council and the Dorset ICB. We welcome applications from staff across all detailed organisations.

This is a fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application.
Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience supporting change and improvement at a service or team level, who enjoys working collaboratively and helping others deliver their best work. You'll be part of a supportive, learning-focused programme and contribute to Dorset's journey towards more integrated, person-centred care.
This role is a key member of the programme's operational delivery team, supporting the implementation of INTs by working closely with local teams and system partners. The postholder will provide day-to-day oversight and coordination, working with Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to embed delivery, enable local innovation, and identify learning and opportunities for wider system adoption.
