Job summary

Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking for a rewarding role in healthcare?

We are seeking a Administrator to support our Teams in delivering a high-quality service across our organisation. You'll be based at Christchurch Local Office, Loring Road, Christchurch.

As an Administrator you will have strong administrative skills, experience in finance-related tasks such as processing orders and invoices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in IT skills, with experience of using databases and Microsoft Office, as well as experience of taking and transcribing meeting minutes in an accurate and timely manner.

This is a part time role covering three days per week.If you are passionate about contributing to the smooth running of essential healthcare services and want to make a difference in patient care, we would love for you to apply.

The ability to travel independently between teams within the Christchurch locality is required, having a full clean driving licence and own transport is essential for this role.

Main duties of the job

Provide an efficient timely filing system; both paper and electronic to include archiving of records.

Be involved in the induction and training of new members of staff.Organise and prioritise routine and non-routine workload, liaising and communicating with colleagues to maintain a team approach.

Undertake any other duties as advised by the Admin Co-Ordinator and team managers.

Employment in this post requires Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
