You will lead as a driver for change, contributing to the planning and design of services in line with Trust, locality, specialist services and government business and strategic plans and objectives to meet the needs of local people.

Act as a champion for clinical standards and for continuous improvement in the service user experience, providing assurance that standards meet all contractual requirements.

Recognise that all roles should work toward the improvement of patient care regardless of their direct contact. In this role, such contact will naturally be limited but will draw on the experience of earlier career roles in assisting others with patient and client care, some times in the context of resolving complaints and concerns.

Ensure the delivery of up to date evidence based practice.
