Job summary
We are looking for individuals with fantastic customer service skills, a positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in supporting staff using digital applications!
The team provides a single point of contact for staff using electronic patient record applications and other healthcare systems. While a good understanding of digital applications is required, we will provide training on individual systems where required.
Based at Sentinel House in Poole, after training we offer a hybrid model of working to allow flexibility in working at home and the office. It's a busy, positive and supportive department with a real desire to provide great customer service experience.
The post is full-time at 37.5 hours. Additionally, if you feel you could do this role but don't have all the experience, please do apply acknowledging this as we might be able to offer the position as a developmental role (Band 3 working towards the Band 4 role with relevant support and training)

Main duties of the job
Work as part of a team provide great customer service to our staff using digital applications. Advising on issues as well as providing access and support.
Supporting the trusts clinicians and support staff in the use of its applications by providing an effective Service Desk, managing technical issues and requests through the full lifecycle to resolution.
The Service Desk provides a single point of contact for users of the trusts clinical systems.
