Job summary

We are looking for an administrator for the Acute Day Service at Hahnemann house .

The role involves provision of front of house reception for patients and visitors attending the building as well as administration duties for the team. This is a varied role and the post holder will need to be flexible , organised and demonstrate a professional yet friendly manner at all times .

Main duties of the job

Providing administrative support to the Acute Day service team - typing , ordering of supplies , booking transport , managing petty cash .

Provision of front of house reception - answering enquiries and sign posting visitors .

Training in the different systems used by the team will be provided .

  • Ability to deal with petty cash and balance the petty cash budget on a weekly basis.
  • Ability to deal with both service users and members of the public in a professional and considerate manner
