Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual who thrives on working in a busy and friendly inpatient Team .

This role is essential to supporting the day to day administrative tasks, sitting on the front desk supporting all visitors/workers in and out of the building, as well as being a friendly face to family and carers visiting their young ones who are currently staying at Pebble Lodge. The role includes answering phone calls for the inpatient ward and seeking the appropriate response to any enquires.

Main duties of the job

Excellent customer service skills together with a warm and welcoming manner is essential as you will be the first point of contact for young people, families and visitors to the service. You will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word. You must be able to work accurately under pressure while remaining calm and courteous and be able to work well as part of a team.
