Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administration Assistant, who will be able to ensure a confidential, efficient and comprehensive administrative service to the Christchurch and Bournemouth Intermediate Care Team based at Kings Park Hospital.
The team works to prevent avoidable hospital admissions, enable earlier hospital discharges and rehabilitate a wide variety of conditions. The caseloads comprise a wide variety of medical problems including orthopaedic, cardiac, neurology, respiratory and multi pathology.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, motivated and able to work to deadlines in a busy office environment as part of a larger team. You will have good customer care communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and good attention to detail. The ability to cope with complex tasks and ensuring databases are kept up to data. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment is desired.
This post is offered as full time (37.5hours) currently over 4 days. This may include weekends, bank holidays and an 8am-8pm working pattern.

To provide reliable and efficient office support to teams within the Intermediate Care Team.
To function as a member of the Intermediate Care Team, providing clerical advice and support in a busy office environment.
To enter data as requested in order to provide accurate and timely statistics.
To work as part of the team to support the provision of a reliable, flexible, high quality and proactive client orientated service.
