Main duties of the job
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK with over 12,000 staff. Over the last 5 years we have developed an award-winning Frimley Excellence programme and a culture of continuous improvement across our organisation.
Frimley Excellence includes components of training and capability, large scale project work, deploying our strategy from board to ward and operational management systems. These are delivered and facilitated by our core Team of practitioners (our Centre of Excellence).
As a Frimley Excellence Practitioner, you'll be a leader in engaging our teams and coaching them to deliver change. You'll deliver great training, motivate people to use their new skills and support them in managing projects and delivering benefits that add up to outstanding patient care within Frimley Health.

Experience

- Experience in developing and coordination of delivery of training in Operational Excellence using a variety of media.
- Improvement Practitioners will have experience of leading projects which are recognised as being successful and where the project or change management supported the departmental or organisation's success.
- Experience of leading a change project in which the change was successful and enduring.
- Previous experience in methods of improvement and theories of change and experience of at least one Lean based improvement method.
Desirable
- Experience of applying continuous improvement methodologies within a healthcare setting.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring healthcare professionals in the application of improvement activity.
- Track record of delivering training programmes for a variety of stakeholders and industries
- Track record of delivering projects within budget
