Post Graduate Education Centre Administrator (Front of House)

Job summary

Join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience for our learners and visitors.We are looking for a friendly, proactive and highly organised individual to be the first point of contact for our busy Post Graduate Education Centre. This role is key to ensuring a professional, welcoming and well-run environment that supports our resident doctors, educational supervisors, education colleagues and all Centre users.

Main duties of the job

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver a warm and professional welcome to all Centre visitors, responding to enquiries efficiently and with excellent customer service.
  • Manage and update the Centre's facilities booking system, ensuring accurate, timely information and smooth scheduling of events.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT and technical issues for Centre users, escalating promptly to IT support where needed.
  • Maintain the daily presentation of the Centre, ensuring conference rooms, canteen areas and shared spaces are tidy, functional and ready for use.
  • Provide general administrative support essential to the smooth running of the Centre, the medical education team and local education faculties.
  • Uphold governance and quality standards in all areas of work.
