Procurement Specialist - Non-Clinical Category

Full-time | Permanent | Based at Archipelago Offices, Frimley

Are you an experienced public procurement professional looking for a new challenge within the NHS? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a significant programme of change at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

As part of our dynamic procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing goods and services within the Non-Clinical category, supporting procurement across all Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust locations.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the delivery of a strategic procurement transformation within the Trust.
  • Ensure value for money and efficiency in purchasing non-clinical goods and services.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to optimise procurement processes.

Main duties of the job

What You'll Do:

  • Provide expert advice on procurement and supply matters, ensuring compliance with NHS and public sector procurement regulations.
  • Consistently demonstrate best value for money by supporting efficient and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the Trust's regular suppliers and identify alternative sourcing options for goods not available through standard supply routes.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive procurement efficiencies and innovation.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced NHS environment.
