Job summary

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Audiologist to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality assessment and rehabilitation services for adults.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient-centred care and eager to contribute to service development.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Patient-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident in delivering adult audiology assessment and rehabilitation
  • Keen to support others through training, mentorship and shared learning
  • Organised, proactive and able to take ownership of project work
  • Enthusiastic about shaping and improving Audiology services

Main duties of the job

  • Provide standard audiological assessment and rehabilitation for adults, delivering high-quality clinical care across the Audiology service.
  • Support, train and mentor junior members of staff, helping to develop skills, confidence and clinical excellence within the team.
  • Lead specific tasks or projects within your area of expertise, contributing your specialist knowledge to enhance service quality.
  • Take an active role in service development, identifying opportunities to improve pathways, processes and patient experience.
