Please note that this is a Part Time position, 34.5 hours per week.

You'll play a key part in carrying out duties to support all staff in the care of babies, children and their families.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job are:

  • To ensure all ward facilities and equipment are tidy, clean and available for use for children, parents and staff.
  • To clean cots, beds, incubators and medical equipment as required.
  • Ensure all areas are kept well stocked as necessary.
  • Maintain stock usage and report shortfalls to the senior sister for ordering.
