Are you looking for a rewarding career in security where you can make a real difference? Frimley Park Hospital, part of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking dedicated Security Manager to join our busy team in Frimley.

As a Security Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Please note that this role isnot eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the post.

Main duties of the job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manageand oversee the daily operations of the security service across all designated Trust sites.
  • Assessing risks and implementing site wide safety measures and process.
  • Develop and maintain security staff rotas, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
  • Carry outappraisals and oversee sickness reports within the Security team.
  • Generating reports both electronically and in written form and present data to wider Trust and NHS forums.
  • Upholding NHS values and delivering a high standard of service.
