As an early adopter of the Perinatal Pelvic Health service, our Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team is growing and we are looking for a physiotherapist to join our team on a fixed term basis until June 2026. This post will be based at Frimley Park Hospital but as we are a cross site team there may be opportunity or requirement to work at our other sites.
Main duties of the job
- We have a growing team of experienced physiotherapists and assistant practitioners who provide an evidence based service. Advanced Practice Physiotherapists in the team provide expert advice and support.
- We have a well structured in-service training schedule. The service is expanding but the caseload will include 1:1 appointments and a range of virtual and in person groups and workshops with patients.
- There may be opportunities to supervise other staff and take on students.

- To undertake specialist physiotherapeutic assessment, clinical diagnosis, and treatment of patient with Pelvic Health problems. These patients may have complex and/or chronic presentations.
- To supervise and teach recently qualified physiotherapists/technicians/assistants and students and be involved in teaching MDT staff.
- To participate in CPD and other departmental activities.
