This is an exciting opportunity for both internal and external candidates to be part of a forward-thinking team delivering a diverse portfolio of clinical research studies.

As an Associate Research Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting and managing care pathways for research participants, including recruitment, education, monitoring, and accurate data collection. Clinical experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided--making this the perfect step into the clinical research world.

Main duties of the job

  • Collaborate with Principal Investigators, Lead Research Nurses, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver a high-quality clinical trials service

  • Support the informed consent process, ensuring patients understand their participation and rights

  • Maintain meticulous data collection and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP) guidelines

  • Provide cover for colleagues and assist in audit activities as needed

  • Act as a professional role model, promoting best practice within research activities
