Exciting opportunities have arisen to join our Elderly Care ward at Frimley Park Hospital, part of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our elderly patients.

Main duties of the job

Working in our busy ward, you will need to think on your feet, prioritise effectively, and deliver compassionate care to patients with a wide range of needs. You will also benefit from the support of a dedicated practice development team and a specialist education team to help you grow and flourish in your role.
