Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Catering Supervisor to join our friendly and professional team at Caf Glade, located within Wexham Park Hospital, Slough.

About the Role

As a Catering Supervisor, you will support the Assistant Hotel Services Manager and Caf Glade/Cross Roads/Courtyard Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail catering outlet. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards, leading by example, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for staff, patients, and visitors.

Working Hours

? 5 days over 7? Between 07:00 - 19:00 (shifts within these hours)

Main duties of the job

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for great customer service and team motivation? We are looking for a Catering Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Caf Glade, located within Wexham Park Hospital, Slough.

About the Role

As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in:? Delivering a high-quality catering service for patients, visitors, and staff.? Driving service improvements by working with the Assistant Hotel Services Manager and Food Service Manager to enhance standards, customer experience, and income generation.? Motivating and leading a team, ensuring engagement, commitment, and a positive work environment.? Overseeing operational tasks, including managing rotas, holiday planning, and staff training.? Liaising with NHS colleagues and external contractors to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.? Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with NHS policies.
