EPR Development & Support Analyst - Willow Team.
The Trust has recently completed the implementation of the Epic EPR solution, alongside other integrated enabling support systems to create a new mature Electronic Patient Record (EPR) for Frimley Health, The Epic product is the core and majority component of the Trusts EPR and provides an excellent platform for enhancing the Trusts digital capability.
In order to ensure continuous optimisation of the EPR to meet the ever-changing capability of its solutions and ever evolving needs of the Organisation, the Trust is looking to recruit an EPR Development & Support Analyst to enhance, develop and maintain specific areas of the EPR.
As a member of the Willow team, this role will be focused heavily on supporting pharmacy and medication workflow design and configuration, working closely with operational and EPR staff across Frimley Health.

Main duties of the job
As well as ensuring the continued optimisation and growth of the EPR, the EPR Development & Support Analysts will hold responsibility, along with subject matter experts from the Trust and EPR Development & Support Managers, for tracking success and delivery in their area in a timely and financially prudent way while supporting, developing and working as part of a team. It is expected that the post holder will themselves ensure their continued professional development, in order to understand and manage the evolving digital demands of the Organisation and the functional elements of the EPR.
