An exciting opportunity has arisen to support our friendly and dynamic digital maternity team.
The post holder will be based at Wexham Park Hospital and will be working Monday to Friday.
Main duties of the job
- The post holder will be responsible for the creation of all daily reports, including missing baby NHS numbers and birth lists for Child Health Services, ensuring no deliveries have been missed.
- Assist with enquiries from relevant third parties (Child Health Services, GPs, Registry Offices and Patient record requests).
- Assist with cleansing data within the EPR system, ensuring high quality data.
- Problem solving and escalating when necessary to the IT midwifery team regarding the EPR system.
- Creating and helping new staff members with IT accounts for maternity systems.
- Assist with receptionist duties when necessary.

- Oversee the Maternity Information Systems, check quality of data entry and follow up any errors with the midwifery staff.
- Monitor, review, and produce where appropriate all daily reports and highlight any issues to the Lead Integrated Digital Midwife in a timely and appropriate fashion.
- Work closely together with relevant internal teams and third parties, Child Health, GPs, Registry Offices and Patient record requests.
- Working with the reports team to cleanse and ensure high quality data through reporting.
- Attend relevant maternity contact meetings and liaise as necessary with the maternity staff.

- Run ad hoc enquiries on the system as requested by manager or staff.
