Job summary
We are wishing to recruit a District nurse or a community sister/charge nurse into the Yateley community nursing team.
This is a full time position working a variety of shifts in the community setting.
As a District Nursing Sister/Community Nursing Sister/Charge Nurse you will manage a clinical caseload under the delegation of the team leader as well as exercising leadership and management of a defined community nursing team to ensure good clinical practices and high standards of care are maintained in order to meet service demand.

Working within our Community Nursing Team you will support, assess, and treat patients with a variety of health needs, delivering high quality, evidence-based practice. You will have a passion and enthusiasm to care for patients in their own homes.
The post holder will be part of a supportive team of other B6/7 across the other teams covering the north east of Hampshire providing a 7 day service covering the hours of 8am to 8am.
Main duties of the job
You will manage a complex and diverse caseload of patients in conjunction with the Team Leader.
- Support teams to provide information to patients, their families, and carers both formal and informal, so that they can make informed choices about current and future care needs.
- Provide clinical support, leadership, and guidance to all staff to ensure that evidence-based care and clinical practice are maintained in Community Nursing Teams.
