Main duties of the job

To provide excellent, high-quality person-centred clinical care that advocates for patients, strive to provide a service fit for today and the future, develop personal leadership to support clinical growth. The post holder will lead and facilitate the A&E/ Acute Occupational Therapy Service with key roles in the development of a competent, knowledgeable workforce, equipping them to provide high-quality person-centred care.

  • H.C.P.C Registered OT
  • Evidence of post graduate training in the relevant clinical field

  • Familiar with RCOT documentation guidelines (SOAP)
  • Ability to work in and manage a team, in Managers absence

  • Working within ortho / surg within an acute hospital NHS setting
