Supporting the Transport Team Leaders, the responsibilities of the successful applicant will include answering the office telephones and booking transport jobs; preparing the weekly driver rota for the depot, coordinating responses from other depots for courier usage and general administration and information coordination. The completion of KPI's and reports. Liaison with drivers, other departments and service users will be an important part of the role.
You should be reliable, have a responsible and flexible attitude with good organisational and computer skills particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, and be resourceful, honest, with the commitment and ability to work on your own or as part of the team.
You must have a full clean driving licence.
