Main duties of the job
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK, and has developed Frimley Excellence to deliver a continuous improvement culture across our organisation.
Frimley Excellence includes components of training and capability, large scale project work, deploying our strategy from board to ward and deploying operational management systems. These are delivered and facilitated by our core team of improvement practitioners (our Centre of Excellence).
As a Frimley Excellence Support Practitioner, you'll be engaging our teams and coaching them to deliver change. You'll support the delivery of great training and motivate people to use their new skills, as well as support them in managing projects and delivering benefits that add up to outstanding patient care within Frimley Health.

Frimley Excellence are supporting continuous improvement across Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. We are an acute and community provider covering areas of Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire.
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust provides NHS hospital services for around 900,000 people across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and south Buckinghamshire.
As well as delivering excellent general hospital services to local people, we provide specialist heart attack, vascular, stroke, spinal, cystic fibrosis and plastic surgery services across a much wider area.
