Wexham Park Hospital is pleased to offer a wonderful opportunity to join the friendly and dynamic Maternity Practice Development team as a Practice Development Midwife for Students. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Main duties of the job

The Maternity Service at Frimley Health Foundation Trust currently provide clinical placement for Midwifery Students from 5 different universities, all of which work together with Wexham Park Hospital.

- The post will identify training needs of learners and facilitate delivering of the training required through internal and external training
- The post will facilitate and support the development of clinical skills for students undertaking pre-registration courses in line with NMC registration requirements.
- The post will require the post holder to take trust wide lead and facilitate the development of educational programmes through collaborative working with the Maternity Practice Development team, the Corporate Practice development team and the Universitys providers.
