This position offers a wide variety of administration duties and the opportunity to extend your knowledge of the administration side of the Chailey Clinical Services. You will need to be competent in using information technology. full training will be provided.
This position is 22.5 hours, 5 days a week - ideally we would like someone 09:30-14:00
Previous reception/administration experience would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will also be required to cover lunch and annual leave or, absence of the reception team at Chailey alongside managing the Subject Access Requests.
Interviews will be held at Chailey Clinical Services.

Main duties of the job
Organise, plan and prioritise workload. Manage the process for Subject Access Requests and Archiving. Ordering Stationary products to ensure supplies are kept fully stocked for all the teams at Chailey. Patient records to be maintained accurately and stored in accordance with the data protection act.Process the invoice and purchase orders for the stationary. Cover Reception as and when required
