Job summary
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Join us as a Community HIV Support Practitioner (Band 4) and become part of a dynamic, compassionate team supporting people living with HIV across Sussex.
In this varied and meaningful role, you'll provide high-quality clinical and educational support, help reduce health inequalities, and play a vital part in tackling HIV-related stigma in the community. If you are motivated, person-centred, and excited by the chance to work autonomously with the support of a specialist nurse, we'd love to hear from you.

Applicants who do not currently have the right to work in the UK may not be considered. Candidates requiring sponsorship should review the eligibility criteria on the gov.uk website before applying to assess their eligibility for a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
