An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) - School Nurse to join our the Healthy Child Programme5-19 (HCP) team in West Sussex .

Full and part time post available as well as flexible working patterns including Term Time only or annualised hours.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a skilled clinical practitioner with excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. We need Specialist Community Public Health Nurses who are committed to the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme to the school-age population ofWest Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have a strong approach to teamwork, whilst also demonstrating the ability to work using their own initiative. They will also have a good understanding of the health and wellbeing needs of children, young people and their families, and be dedicated to the delivery of high quality and compassionate care.
