Main duties of the job
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven expertise in orthopaedics, neurology, amputees, and frailty, with experience in either acute or community settings.
- Communication: Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with teams across SCFT Intermediate Care Units.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership abilities and support the professional development of team members.
- Problem-Solving: Flexible approach to problem-solving and goal setting to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

- Professional qualification such as a degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy .
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Physiotherapist.
- Evidence of relevant postgraduate courses / CPD and reflective practice relevant to clinical speciality

- Experience of working within a relevant specialist area
