Job summary
We are looking for two motivated and hard-working individuals to work as part of the Facilities team at Durrington Health Centre. The successful candidates will help to ensure that our standards meet the National Specifications for Cleanliness in the NHS.
The role involves cleaning in clinical and non-clinical areas, waste removal, locking the building and other related tasks.
Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
Main duties of the job
Wear correct and clean uniform whilst on duty
Attend Departmental meetings as appropriate.
To participate in the Trust's appraisal system, review and personal development process on an annual basis.
Undertake training as necessary in line with the development planning process.
To achieve and demonstrate agreed standards of personal and professional development within agreed timescales.
To contribute positively to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team in which he/she works
